Think about a seed planted in the ground. As it is watered, its roots start to go down attaching themselves to the ground. Often you can’t see the roots as they are underground, burrowing deeper and deeper and sometimes wider to make sure they can draw water and nourishment which then supplies the rest of the plant.

What do you love about the city you live in? I love the diversity of culture and life. I love the friendliness; that you can chat to almost anyone, anywhere. For a busy city, people still have time for one another.
What is your favourite scripture and why? Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. This scripture reminds me of the wonderful freedom I have in Christ, that I’m no longer bound by fear and that I am free to enjoy the life He has given me.
What is your dream holiday destination on earth or otherwise? Somewhere warm where I can relax and enjoy the view of God’s creation, whether that’s magnificent mountains, balmy seas or beautiful gardens.
What 3 items do you always pack when you go on mission? Hand gel, travel packs of tissues and Redbush tea!
