I Believe Therefore It's Possible

"Impossible"

You’ve heard this word before.  You may have had it spoken to you directly or heard it shared.

"Impossible"

It’s a word that can speak of inability and futility.  It’s a word that can speak of limitations – of holding back in fear rather than being bold in faith.  It’s a word that can declare that there is no hope.

Maybe you heard this word when you shared a God-given vision that you had.  You were so excited; you could literally see in your heart and mind this amazing God-given dream coming to pass.

Then you heard those crushing words:

"That’s IMPOSSIBLE, no one’s done that before."

You believed what they said, and hope died in your heart.

Maybe you heard it issue from the lips of a doctor when they were asked if there was any chance, and you heard

"I’m sorry, it’s IMPOSSIBLE, there’s nothing more that can be done."

... and despair came flooding into your life.

Impossible ... it can declare that there is no chance, and it’s absolutely hopeless!

Yet Jesus wants us to believe that the limitations can be removed; the futile can become successful; that what seems hopeless can overflow with joy and hope.

We see this in Mark 9:21-22 (NKJV):

So He asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?”

And he said, “From childhood. And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”

The father loves his son, and yearns for him to free from anguish and torment.

Everything seems to be saying that it’s IMPOSSIBLE for there to be any change!  That his child will ALWAYS be in this state.

The father approaches Jesus and hears these words (Mark 9:23, NKJV)

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

The father hears:

If I can BELIEVE

- then the limitations of the impossible can be broken

If I can BELIEVE 

                  - then the chains of despair can become bonds of love

IF I CAN BELIEVE

- then power will be released that changes ANY circumstance

IF I CAN ONLY BELIEVE THEN ...  ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM WHO BELIEVES!

And then the father sees what was impossible become possible.  He sees his son set free.

We are children of God, called BELIEVERS!  We started our life with Jesus by believing … and we continue to go forward with Jesus ... by believing!

And because we BELIEVE, then what seems impossible can indeed become the possible.

For with God on our side, there are no limitations ... if we will just BELIEVE.

This year in 2023

Let’s break the shackles of the impossible

Let’s crush the chains of doubt and limitations

Let’s destroy the bonds of deception the enemy tries to lay upon us

This year in 2023

Let’s DREAM BIG

Let’s really GO FOR GOD'S plan for our lives

Let’s BELIEVE GOD for the impossible!

Let 2023 be a year of NO LIMITATIONS for our GoChurch family

Let’s believe in God's unconditional love

Let’s believe that God's amazing resurrection power can change any circumstance

Let’s believe that His Word is true, unchanging and that He will ALWAYS make it come to pass!

Let’s confess together

In the name of Jesus, I decree

That I am believer

I believe that God is with me

That He will never leave me nor forsake me

I believe that in 2023 the Power of God breaks all the limitations of the enemy

That all of God's plans and purposes for myself in this year shall come to pass

That it’s a year of seeing the impossible become the possible

I grab a hold of that BIG DREAM that God has for me in 2023

And by faith I declare IT IS DONE
