The Currency Of The Kingdom

Faith is an attribute that we as Christians are all meant to have.  In fact, it’s essential that we have this.

The Bible says in Hebrews 11:6, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

Faith is so important to God that He says it’s the only way to live a life that pleases Him.

Here’s another aspect of faith.  It can be seen as a type of currency.  It allows us to obtain the benefits that Jesus gave his life in order for us to have.  

We’ve all gone shopping, but some people much more than others! 

Now whether it’s shopping for clothes, food or gadgets, we gather the items we need and then go to the till to pay.  The cashier might ask how we would like to pay for them: cash or card.  We pay and then those items become ours.

Our faith is the currency of heaven.  It allows us to access the promises of God by faith and then those promises become ours! 

So we can go shopping for the benefits that Jesus purchased for us.

Need healing?  Is there healing in the store?  Yes!  Refer to Isaiah 53:4-5, 1 Peter 2:24 and many others.

Do you have some faith to make this yours?  Yes!  Then it’s yours.  Just use your faith! 

Need wisdom?  Is there wisdom in the store?  Yes!  Refer to Proverbs 2:6, James 1:5 etc 

Do you have some faith to make this yours?  Yes!  Then take it by faith! 

Need provision, whether financial, material or whatever?  Is there provision in the store?  Yes!   Refer to Matthew 6:33, Matthew 7:11, Philippians 4:19 

All of the promises of God in the Bible are already YES AND AMEN in Jesus.  You just have to get hold of them by faith  

So, let's keep shopping!
