In part 3 Pastor Alan looks at the spear that was stabbed into Jesus side.
The enemy loves to stab us in the heart and during this season many of us have known the loss of loved ones. Not just to Covid but to cancer, accidents and even murders. We have been pierced with many griefs. Jesus was wounded for us; a crown of thorns beaten onto his head, there were stripes, lashes from a whip laid across his back, a spear stuck into his side and nails hammered into his hands. Each one of these areas represents part of the price He paid. He was wounded so we could be made whole.
